Overview and Introduction

The PG-CLAT 2025 will place a strong focus on students’ comprehension skills. It will last for 120 minutes and consist of the following sections:

There would be 120 objective-style questions in the first section, each worth one mark. Each incorrect response will result in a 0.25 mark deduction.,

Constitutional law, jurisprudence, administrative law, contract law, torts, family law, criminal law, property law, company law, public international law, tax law, environmental law, and labor and industrial law are among the required subjects of the undergraduate program on which the paper will be based.

Section on the Objective

You will find excerpts from main legal texts in this section of the PG-CLAT 2025, including significant court rulings in a range of legal areas, legislation, and regulations. After each passage, there will be a set of questions that ask you to prove the following:

the capacity to read and understand the topics covered in the passage, as well as any arguments and points of view that are presented or discussed therein;
knowledge of the topics covered in the text, as well as the facts and legal issues pertaining to and resulting from the passage and the statute or decision from which it is taken;
Give a brief summary of the passage.

Getting ready for the 2025 PG-CLAT

In order to get ready for the PG-CLAT 2025, you ought to:

Read and review significant rulings, and make an effort to identify the different topics covered in them;
Refresh your knowledge of significant legislative and constitutional provisions, especially those that may have been covered in recent rulings; it would also be beneficial to make sure you are familiar with relevant historical case law and amendments to gain a more thorough understanding of these provisions and the issues surrounding them;
